An Arizona native, Chris has lived in the valley his entire life. Unlike most personal trainers, Chris' story is a bit more unique. Having always been active and athletic while growing up, it was not until after high school graduation that Chris developed his passion for fitness and health. His personal health helped him realize the potential he could exceed within himself. And, like the many clients whose lives he's made better, he made it his focus to venture beyond his realm of comfort in order to build muscle, develop muscular strength, and improve his life and the lives of others.
In order to reach his goal, he needed to have a comprehensive understanding of three major aspects of physical training: nutrition, muscle dynamics, and the mental aspect of achieving goals. Chris invested much of his free time taking nutrition courses, and speaking with experts about the effects of food on the body. He realized that proper nutrition is essential in determining the final result. He learned how to properly combine his meals in order to stabilize his blood sugar, reduce soreness in his muscles and provide the right fuel for intense training sessions. And after studying human anatomy, he began to see how the body fundamentally worked, but more importantly, how to make your body work for you. He memorized the function of every muscle and attained a full comprehension of hormones and how they affect the body.
Now armed with the knowledge he needed and a desire to challenge, inspire and support others, he turned his attention to Personal Training. Since becoming a certified personal trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association, he's proudly helped numerous clients in the Valley reach their goals: reduce body fat, gain strength, increase muscle density, lower blood pressure and recuperate from injuries.
Chris is actively pursuing a degree in nursing, specializing as a nurse anesthetist, and continues living the active lifestyle he so enjoys.
Hi there! My name is Jenna Damron and I am absolutely excited to share with you my love for fitness, exercise, and most importantly lifestyle change! I am a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and I am currently in the process of earning two degrees from Arizona State University, one in Exercise and Wellness and the other in Psychology.
I grew up here in the west valley where I attended Millennium High School. Athletics and fitness have always been a huge aspect of my life as I played soccer and was a four year varsity swimmer in high school. I recently moved back to the valley from Flagstaff to continue my education and finish up my degrees here at ASU. I absolutely love the desert that surrounds Phoenix, and enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and playing soccer in my free time.
The most exciting part about my job is getting to watch you achieve your goals and desires while improving the quality of your life. I am so excited to share my knowledge, passion and enthusiasm with you! I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals, whether it be losing weight and inches, increasing muscle mass, or just making a healthy lifestyle change to improve the your quality of life!
