The PF Boot Camps

Our fitness boot camps offer intense workouts designed to encourage personal improvement to help you lose weight, firm up and get fit with cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training all done in a group atmosphere. Our certified Personal Trainers have programmed the boot camps to push you to your limits, helping you break through your plateaus and into the best shape of your life. With all the tools available from Pulse Fitness, we've created different types of workouts, utilizing kettle bells, tractor tires, sledge hammers, plyo-boxes, and treadmills. This won't be a fashion show, come ready to sweat!

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 6:00am & 12:00pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:00pm
Saturdays: 7:00am
(Saturdays now FREE for ALL- this is an open class for all skill levels and new/non-members)
Cost: $59 enrollment $149.00/month


Foundations

Foundations is a class for beginners or for anyone who needs to work on form for specific movements. The Pulse Fitness Trainers will use the 50 minute session to review all of the basic movements we use in our programming. In this class we will review a few specific lifts each week and incorporate them into a Metabolic Conditioning circuit. A great way to prepare yourself to become a Full-Time Boot Camp Member!
