During Our Starting Point Session

We will need about 45 mins to review your specific needs, do a movement screening and discuss a game plan moving forward.

What Should I Wear?

We won’t be doing a work out, but ask that you wear workout clothing so that we can do a simple screening to see how you move.

How Much Is it?

Our Starting Points are free for you, we will show you what our plans are moving forward, and if you feel like it’s a good fit for you, then we can discuss how to move forward with training. Either way, you will come out of our appointment with a ton of information, and what to do next!
