Pulse Fitness Owner, Tim Lyons, is one of those rare people who not only talks the talk, but also walks the walk. After a lifetime of sports and healthy living, Tim’s passion inspired him to create a safe, positive environment where he could inspire others to understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. To that end, his continued education and research into the latest exercise and nutrition guidelines keep him and his entire team on the cutting edge of the fitness industry. His long-term goal is to create a positive change in his community, both health-wise and through his family’s philanthropic contributions.
